I have been having some problems with audio not matching up with the movie

I have changed the value for +/- for the suond

but NO luck whats so ever

HELP

the voice is 5-8 sec ahead of the scene

Thanks for any and all help

Oh I am Useing XBMC from Dec 11th or so

what about the format of movie file? This that audio not matching up with the video would happen if the movie file created by Abnormal way.
