I installed XBMC Live (9.04) on a USB stick a while ago. It is now updated to 9.11. It has some customization (both OS and XBMC). I would like to create a backup of the USB stick so that I can create an exact copy of the USB stick in case I need it. The exact copy means including the MBR (grub boot). Is there an easy way to do it? Can I do it in windows xp? plug the USB stick create an image for backup and later if I need it I can create an exact working copy on another USB stick.

Thanks

Very small live distro with backup utility. You can clone your stick to another one or create a backup image (partition or disk plus MBR) that can be restored any time to the new stick. Backup can be saved on multiple locations (local hd, network drive, usb drive, etc...)
It is very fast too. About 3-4 minutes to backup my ubuntu + xbmc partition.
