I cant connect to the internet via my brand new Acer Revo 3600.
Cant connect by wireless! Really getting to me now!

Also - I cant connect to the internet via a Ethernet cable - even in Vista...

Any ideas?

Could it be that I am trying to put it into a D-Link Switch?

Does it get an ip, do other things work on the switch?

It doesnt get an IP, yes, and the Ethernet wire is fine too.

I dont get why the ethernet wire isnt detected in vista either though?

bad port?

I was connecting to a D-LINK switch... seems the revo does not like them, connecting @ home to my router was fine
