I just got a new Desktop PC with Windows 7 hooked up to my HDTV and have been looking into running XBMC on a PC for a while. This sounds like a pretty noobish question but I was wondering, if I boot into XBMC Live through a USB Flash Drive and have all my media on another USB Hard Drive, will my internal Hard Drive be affected at all? I really want to be able to have a Media Center, but I don't want anything to happen to my Windows data.
