I have a great little box I've been using for a HTPC for years. Sadly, it has a AGP card in it. I know this is a total long-shot but did anyone release a AGP VDPAU compatible card?

If not, what are (if any) the other options for PCI/AGP systems?

Nope no agp, however you can get pci cards. You should be able to find a pci 8400/8500.
