Just installed Ubuntu 9.10 and I'm noticing that when I stop a video during play back and then choose the resume from such-and-such a time option I'm getting this slow-mo effect for the first couple of seconds on resume. After that, everything seems fine.
I'm storing my video library in an external eSATA HDD which is formatted NTFS. I'm using an nvidia 730i chipset with on board graphics and optical out.
Anything I can do to fix this? It's not game breaking, just annoying.
