I don't get sound through my receiver over HDMI from my Asrock 330.
I do get sound if I connect it straight to the TV.
I get sound from my Popcorn Hour over HDMI from the receiver (tried 2.0 and 5.1).

So it seems like the HTPC will output sound over HDMI, but only to the TV.

What on Earth could be the problem?

(I run XBMC Live 9.11, Nvidia 195)

have you played around with all settings in settings > audio output ?

e.g if your receiver aint dts compatible then disable it ... etc...

I have. The receiver plays DTS and more.
