Hi,

I have an acer revo r3610 and installed 9.11 no problem.

However if I try to run or install one of the nightly builds it wont install or run....

xbmc-r28127-trunk-live.iso
xbmc-r28147-trunk-live.iso

anyone have any ideas, and more importantly how i can update it?

thanks

Similar problem here.
It boots and displays the XBMC logo ... then a black screen.
Safe mode stops with an error that it can't mount root.

As you can read in another thread that is from a test build.

You dont need it to upgrade to nighly build. You must have missunderstood something.
By the way, nighly build have been suspended for a long time now.

Right, but when there all of a sudden were builds in there, I figured I'd give it a try Smile

What is the official way to update a Live 9.11 installation to one of the more recent builds?
