The "AdvancedSettings" option "nodvdrom" doesn't seem to do anything anymore. It used to be used by SystemInfo.cpp but it's functionality was removed when the xbox-specific routines were removed and cleaned up.
It's a shame because it would be handy to have the option to hide CD/DVD drives from media sources.
