Hi all, first of all let me say this piece of software ROCKS! I have tried it on a couple of machines and been thoroughly impressed. However, I cannot get it to work on the machine I need it work on!
If I run from Live CD, I need to choose Intel video on bootup, and manually STARTX, but it runs for me, and seems to work just fine. If I install it to hard disk, it doesn't seem to want to choose Intel for video, and instead chooses ATI - which of course is the actual chipset in the machine. X does not work will in this circumstance, seems the resolution or refresh rate must be off?? basically the machine locks up, and I have to reboot.
Has anyone been able to get XBMC to work on a Toshiba A100? If so, would you mind posting how?
