If I try to play a movie with it's subtitles in the .srt format it crashes XBMC completely.
Anyone know of a fix or known issue with them? before I raise a bug.
EDIT: This was fixed in SVN
they work in general. your particular srt's must be corrupted somehow from xbmc's point of view. make them avail.
Will do, It's happened on at least 4 different movies.
I hate doing this but, bump.
EDIT: Strange I just viewed the file in FF and it was gibberish so I downloaded it and looked at it in notepad++ and it detected the encoding as UCS-2 Little Endian... I think it should be in UTF-8, I'll try it tonight after saving it as UTf-8
