I'm currently in the process of automating TV shows using an article from Lifehacker as a guide.

Current setup:

ATV w/ 1.5T WD Mybook -> router -> modem
PC (Vista) -> router (same one as above)

Is it possible to save completed downloads in uTorrent (running on the PC) to a specific folder on the WD Mybook?

perhaps you should look at this:

And run everything on you WD thingy.

If you don't want to that you should be able to map a share to your pc and copy stuff to it like it's another drive. This means your pc will be on all the time.

Hacking the WD Mybook means only this needs to be on all the time.
