Hi,
first of all thanks for this great plugin. Unfortunately, after my windows system-reinstallation (now Win7 64 Pro) some months ago, I keep having problems with the plugin with it telling me "Error extracting subtitles" for most of the resources (opensubtitles, subscnede,...). Only sublight works, which has the major drawback of having to wait 45 seconds for the subtitle download.
You can find a log in http://... . In the test-scenario I first had also problems downloading from opensubtitles for some file (which is a rather unusual problem), then I successfully used sublight.si, afterwards I got the mentioned "extracting subtitles" error for opensubtitles on some other file. After that I changed the subtitle-plugin settings several times (e.g. to default, to dont store to the same directory ) and tried again, without success.
Following lines in the log show the error. So is the problem caused by the webserver?
FYI:In the past(some weeks ago), after reading other relevant parts of this thread, I had also tried several other setting: double checked correct write permissions of my files&folders; tried with different hard-drives (most my media files are on a usb-drive, so tried also with media-files on built-in drive); set a manual path for the subtitles in the setting. None of these was successful.
Thanks for any help on this!
