9.1? I would guess 10 years
But 0.9.1 will be released soon
As I mentioned earlier I'm not setting any date, so soon is the best estimate I can give you.
I like the original banner view. It is simple and elegant. The new view is way too crowded.
Sranshaft Wrote:Jeroen added banner.jpg support in 0.9.1 so I'd say get your media ready so you're set to go when he releases the new update.
Jeroen Wrote:Yes, in 0.9.1 there will be a skin setting allowing you to choose between local .jpg banners and scraped banners. This will be a temporary solution until XBMC supports applying them both simultaneously.
Marvellous news! Will there be anything 0.9.1 won't be able to do?
Thanks!
I think the way I phrased my previous question was kind of confusing...This is what I mean. I want to include the media flags that you see in the Info view...
The 720, H.264, etc...
Into this thumbnail view...so That I'd be able to tell right away whether the movie has surround sound or if its HD and so on...
Are there any hacks or can you please show me how to do this by modifying the skin xml
I really appreciate the help.
Those extra flags simply wouldn't fit in the available space unless you removed the title and genres.
Yeah that's true...I think the Genre is the problem. Usually the Genre doesn't extend that long...This is how Rapier handles it, I guess he just doesn't include the Genre.
Basically is this something that can be modified just by the xmls that are in 720 folder?
I wouldn't mind getting rid of the Genre sub text if I can include those media flags...
Hi,
where can I version 0.9 of this skin? I can only find 0.8.9.6..

You can't, it was removed due to bugs/issues that were found after its release. You will need to wait for 0.9.1. which is due for release "soon".
Ow, allright, thanks
Good luck with developing..

Quick and dirty way would be to use the include that is used in the video info screen:
<include>typeFlagsInfo</include>
Put that inside a group control in MyVideoNav.xml and give it the desired x & y coordinates. Or find the actual include in IncludesFlags.xml and use snippets of that code.
A heads up to reFocus translators or anyone willing to take up translations, I uploaded the 0.9.1 strings.xml
here.
A couple of new strings have been added and some were removed. All new, changed and removed strings are marked with a * in the file.
Greetings,

Updated romanian strings
