i have never done any skinning or mod. So this is a real easy mod by modifying some graphics. Extract the pack to the refocus skin directory (warning, it overwrites the default blue background to grey-black, sorry have no solution for that). It's a real dirty mod as i have no experience. I did this only for myself and thought i'd share it....

Little tip: instead of painting over the overlay that is used on the homescreen menu's selected item select image you could open up includes.xml, search for: home/menuSelect.png and add this line to the image control:

<colordiffuse>Color2</colordiffuse>

It will look pretty much the same, but not so jaggy
