Hi Folks,

Is it possible to run a script on xbmc startup, so in essence all I want to see is my script menu when xbmc loads.

Script resides in scripts folder

TIA

Zulfee
in the scripts folder edit. autoexec.py

that should do it - but for some reason my xbmc is ignoring all entries in mine ,... cant work it out Sad
yeah!! its working thanks chief. With a little bit of trial and error though :Big Grin
no worries, can you paste a copy of py script please?
Sorry for the delay was on vacation, Just got back.

Actually I didn't do anything to the script. I just moved my script from my application folder to Root of Scripts folder but had to tweak some images settings and some static calls. But all works.

So if you change your move your script to /Scripts directory and just change its name to autoexec.py all should work and that script should run on XBMC startup.
