Full Version: Problem with Library mode

Starting XBMC, Platform: Windows build 7600. Built on Dec 23 2009 (SVN:26017, compiler 1500)

Folder called "z:\Sopranos", set to TV content, default scraper thetvdb.com

Files inside folder called Sopranos s4d1.iso, Sopranos s4d2.iso, etc. Note - these are rips of the entire discs - not the individual episodes.

Can't get artwork to show up, either at folder level or at disc level. Tried "selected folder contains a single TV show" on and off - neither helps.

Part of logfile:

Further entries show things being downloaded ("adding new items to tvshows:z:\sopranos", banners, actors, thumbnails).

Not sure what I'm doing wrong - appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance.
you need to name the files in a supported manner.

Hello,
I'm having an issue with library mode and my TV shows.
When in XBMC, if I'm not in library mode my TV shows show up in their respective folders but as soon as I choose library mode the folders are empty.
Here's how I have them on my hard drive:

E:\TV Shows\Chappelle Show\Chappelle Show Season 1\Chappelle Show S1_D1.iso
E:\TV Shows\Chappelle Show\Chappelle Show Season 1\Chappelle Show S1_D2.iso

E:\TV Shows\Californication\Californication S1_D1.iso
E:\TV Shows\Californication\Californication S1_D2.iso

What am I missing?
Thank you sho.
I changed it to E:\TV Shows\Chappelle Show\Chappelle Show Season 1\Chappelle Show s01e01.iso and it works but this is not really episode 1 but disc 1.
So is my only option:
Multi-part Episodes

Handling of multi-part episodes (two part episodes in one file, multiple episodes in DVD images, etc.) is supported. The first matched tvshowmatching regexp and "[-EeXx]+([0-9]+)" will be repeatedly applied against a file name until no more seasons or episodes are found.

This allows for file names such as
foo_s01e01e02e03_s02e01e02
foo104-05-06-201-02
foo1x07x08x09

?
looks like it.
NB there is a new bookmark xml tag for nfo files which I only just learned about.
