I'm currently running Aeon Stark Lite, and I also have Transparency! installed on my system (Ubuntu 10.04). When I use Transparency, it automatically fills in all the media flags with no problem, but when I use Aeon, it barely gets any. Apart from the Blu-Ray flag, all the others are question marks. What exactly is the difference in the way these two skins get flags, and how can I make Aeon work like Transparency in this respect?
