Surprised it hasn't been asked before (didn't show up in a search at least) but what's the possibility of being able to underline text?

Its been asked for before I think the response was not easy with the current renderer

We'd have to do it manually in the font class, which could be messy, yeah.

First step would be to find some code that uses freetype to do underlining.
