Is there a way in XBMC's file manager to copy files from one source to another but only those files that do not exist on destination? Periodically, I attach external hard drive to make backup of my media library. It is pain in the neck to pick only new items and copying the whole library takes too long. I would like to select "Movies" folder and just copy newly added files. So I guess I am looking for a "skip existing files" feature when copying.

Does something like that exist in XBMC?

You don't say what operating system you use, but in both Windows and Linux there are plenty of tools to copy only changed files from one place to another.

I am on XBMC Live but I just wanted to know if there is built-in functionality. I am total noob when it comes to Linux so installing additional applications is beyond my abilities.
