Upgraded my PC and have version 3.0 installed and media will not play just sits at Process-scraping. Been reading through the forums here and downloaded the latest vid files from intel site and installed those but that did not help.
Tried even turning off fire wall .
Is there some settings I can check? Or maybe I need to update to newer version?
Running windows 7 64bit I can put up more info on my PC if needed .
Any help would be awesome.

First off, you're not running version 3.0, you're running build 23832. Upgrade to the latest build (
http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/win32/...Dharma.exe). Now, I may be wrong, but that error makes me think that you're trying to use a database from a newer build of XBMC than what you have installed. Try upgrading to the version I linked you to and trying then and see what happens.
EDIT: Also, for the record, I see NOTHING even mentioning a version 3.0. Where are you getting that information from?
From what I am reading that error comes from installing an old version over a new version.
I did install xbmc 9.11 from the main site but it did not have navi-x in it so I installed an older version I had XBMCSetup-Rev23863-gl and it seemed like the two combined.
Going to try to uninstall everything.

What exactly is Navi-X? Also, NEVER install an old version over a newer one. It NEVER works properly.
I don't know if we are suppose to discuss the Navi-x or not here. It would be under scripts where movie lists are.

Did you get rid of the old database and re-scan everything? If not, it's likely still using the newer database.

Where does XBMC out the DB at? Program files somewhere?
I could prob use that version you posted I just need to figure out where to install a folder with the N*vi script in it so it will run in that newer version.
Got it going, I had to locate the DB and delete it then I uninstalled everything and reinstalled 9.11 and then located the script folder and placed the most current version of the script in I have have been trying to get to work and that seems to have done the trick.
