I had to move the files from a disk to another one so I added a new source with the new place but now all movies are twice in the library, how can I fix this?

have you tried "Clean database" in Settings-video-database?

Not yet, I'll give it a try this evening.

Also another question just popped in my sick brain, sometimes I noticed that XBMC defines a certain movie file for the wrong movie and I have yet to find a practical solution to resolve this type of problem, how would you go about fixing it?
