For every skinners' interest:

From now on, skin fontset names are translatable. You just need to add the string id in Fontset.xml and add the string in the language strings.

Just like it is in this commit with Confluence:

ps.: Everything is backward compatible, so there is no harm if nothing is translated.

And any fontset name the skin uses. For example in Confluence it was Default_nocaps.
