I hope this is the right place to post this this is my first post here...
I have been running customization tests on a small selection of movies with all the data filled in with trailers. Ihave spent hours searching the forums for a solution but have not been able to find one. The trailers are properly labled and placed in the proper folders and the "press down for trailer" button is showing up. However the trailers dont play.
If I go into Info and select trailer the trailer will play for some but not all in full screen mode.
I really want the trailers to play in the trailer layout view can anyone help me with this.
