I have encountered a problem recently with a specific show that has substantially different episode numbering for the TV vs DVD versions.
The show in question is Pinky and the Brain, and is unusual because not all of the episodes are the same length (some are 22, some are 11 and some are 7). Basically a standard 22minute show is comprised of either 1, 2 or 3 episodes.
On the DVD these episodes are listed as:
S1E1.0 Das Mouse 1995-09-09
S1E2.0 Of Mouse and Man 1995-09-10
S1E3.1 Tokyo Grows 1995-09-17
S1E3.2 That Smarts 1995-09-17
S1E3.3 Brainstem 1995-09-17
As you can see, the third episode is a 3 part series, however despite being three separate episodes, they are all contained in a single avi file.
All .avi files are 22minutes in length, but some of them contain multiple episodes.
Is there anyway that XBMC can handle this sort of file structure?
