I just upgraded to 10.10 from 10.04 and now i'm getting this error when i try to start XBMC "/usr/local/lib/xbmc/xbmc.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libmodplug.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
"
I removed the old install, updated from svn and built from source and I'm still getting the same error... I'm getting NO info from google or here. I'm running AMD64. Thanks for any help.
Code:
/usr/local/lib/xbmc/xbmc.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libmodplug.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I guess I shouldn't have upgraded to maverick. Confused Is there anyway to fix this?

System:
Macbook Pro w/ nvidia 9600m graphics intel core2 2.8
ubuntu 10.10
You need to rebuild it. Maverick uses later versions of those libraries.
Well, I got it fixed. I think I screwed up with my first attempt. I didn't "svn up" I just redownloaded the source.
All is well now. Thanks for the help.
