I have lcd and it works perfectly on Win 8, Gotham. Check if you have properly set the tcpip port in advancedsettings.xml file.

Check if you have activated the option: "Allow programs on other system to control xbmc"
That was my solution
Try it

After 56 pages read, I still can't find a workaround
Windows 7 64bit, Imon display VFD in a OrigenAE S16V case, latest version of iMON manager, followed the instructions literally (both for Parsley and older version), but all I can get on display is the remote input or Stop followed by 00.00.00.
Since I'm no newbie or digital analphabet, I'm getting a little frustrated. Any suggestion/alternative?

You've read the "README" file on how to configure iMON Manager?
Imon what version you have installed?

Sure, of course. I've installed the latest release available on the Soundgraph site. BTW, I've found a little flaw in the readme: the text says "Now go to "iMON Utilities" --> "FrontView" and open the "Media Information" tab. Here you need to disable the "XBMC" option under "Available Player", but that option is in iMON manager, NOT in iMon utilities... Am I wrong?

Since this plugin is so buggy and no longer developed I tried if the LCD smartie can be set up with the iMON displays. It actually works pretty well, I wrote some instruction if someone else want to try it.
