A long time ago I received 2 negative reputations on a stupid post which put my reputation at -20. Since then I've been working hard to get positives. I've received 12 positives, but my reputation is still at -20. Is there a way to gain reputation?
Where can you find reputation? I cannot find this...

you mean senior member and with you member+ (donator)? There are no points there. I can see a little red square under you postcount saying: Only hope to improve.
aha.... I only just found out you can rate posts using the icons under names of posters.....
From now on I will thank other members with useful post. Sorry for all those usefull post I didn´t rate in the past.

Reputation is different from infractions perhaps?
I don't see any way to reset infractions, but I presume there must be a way. I'm sure one of the forum gods will let us know.
There is a points total Under the user cp link. I can see reputation -20 There
i forum I was on added rep, then had it under your name so you could see how much rep everyone had. turned into a rep whoring war. several of us had to much rep power that if we negged a newbie it would put them so far into the negative. likewise if a newbie negged us it didn't even drop our total
shortly after rep was removed from said forum.

I just got 2 negs because of an enraged outburst I made last night out of frustration. it seems though only YOU can see your own rep status and comments via your users CP.
or am I missing some thing on how to view other members rep.
