i have a foxconn nt330i working with XBMC live dharma rc2, everything is ok and im really impressed with the evolution of XBMC since like 3 o 4 years when i used to use it on my old xbox.
Now im using a mouse and my computer keyboard but need to buy a remote.
I was thinking on buy it on dealextreme as it has free shipping but id like if ppl can confirm me that what i buy will work on XBMC (last week i bought a mini keyboard on a shop in my town that i had to return back cause it wasnt compatible with XBMC, and i won't be able to do that on dealextreme i guess).
So..
i wanted to buy a remote with keyboard: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.35354 <-- it doesn't say RII anywhere but it seems exactly the same, any one has bought it from dealextreme? working ok out the box or with no much configuration on xbmc live?
also a typical IR remote, as i have read that the rii has like 4 hours battery, so my intention is to use it just when i need to write something: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.44187 or http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.44178 <-- i have read that some of these remotes are detected as mouse+keyb and they dont work very well, ill preffer a dark one but gray is ok too. if someone knows of one on dealextreme working ok..
im also thinking to buy an arcade joystick for mame on linux, using rom browser collection or another fronent launched from xbmc, something not very expensive: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.30476 <-- any one has tried something like this? i know its not a xbmc accesory, but is part of the HTPC+games
