I've changed a lot of artwork for my files.

How do I get xbmc to use these new images? I've tried rescanning the content and have tried to clean the database but still the old images show.

Any ideas?

You should be able to go to the movie in the library, press I and then refresh. It will tell you that it found local info and wants to know if you want to refresh from the web. Tell it no. If this doesn't work you can copy the changed folders out of your movies directory. Update/clean the library to completely remove them. Then copy them back to your movies directory and the scan for new content. The second method should definitely work.
