Just thought I'd share this one - i've been trying to fix a problem with my XBMC Dharma RC2 setup on Asrock Ion 330HT. It would go into sleep mode the first time, but everytime after that it would immediately wake from sleep.
After trying just about everything, I made a change to the BIOS under ACPI settings - I disabled 'Check Ready Bit' (2nd item on the menu) and voila - problem solved!!!!!
Anyway, hope this helps someone else!! I was going mad trying to figure it out!!!!
