Hallo!

Does somebody have this machine? Is possible turn on by remote controller?

Thank you very much for your info.

Peter
USB wake from sleep is the closest thing.

That is one area where I am an idiot though- I NEVER let my boxes sleep so I can't help beyond that. Nothing is a bigger pain in the *** than working out how to get your NASes and Frontends to sleep correctly then still work 100% when you need them...
Yes, I know that Wake on USB is thing that I need for it. But I dont know if this ASUS Eee Box EB1012P support this feature...
Does the EB1012P have the built in ir receiver?

I'm using the Microsoft XBox 360 Universal Remote Control with my EB1501 and it will turn on from sleep, hibernate and shutdown with the power button on the remote.

The shorter standard remote for the 360 should work the same. To get the remote working with my EB1501 I needed to edit the registry as it says in this link:

No, EB1012P has not built in IR receiver. IR receiver must be connected to USB port and I dont know if EB1012P support Wake on USB.
Just so that googling will work: I can wake my Eee box with the hama MCE remote.
