For some reason any video I play is encountering a buffering issue. I know that it is not a network issue as I am on a wired Gigabit switch. However, I notice it the most with high bitrate files coming from my server share (windows server 2008). It also happened on an actual dvd disc i was playing right in my machine although this was very minimal compared to the files from the server. I have searched for any answers on this issue but have not found anything.
