in list view, is it possible to remove the round corner on the picture on the right..... and also make the picture bigger?

I know I must edit view-list.xml but I'm a bit confused here.

remove the diffuse="thumb-diffuse.png" bits in the file,
to get rid of the round corners.

adjust the <width> and <height> values to make them bigger.
