I recently downloaded XBMC 10.0 and have trouble running the application at times.
The program hangs while I try to complete different tasks in the app. When I stop a movie, or exit the application, or even scroll through the library I get an error and the application crashes.

I built three different debug logs, all with XBMC crashing at different instances. If anyone knows how to fix the issue it would be a great help.

I would try moving or renaming your userdata folder (C:\Users\Server\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata) then restarting XBMC to create a new empty folder. This will wipe your library, which is why I suggest renaming rather than deleting the old userdata.

If this fixes the crashes the reason is probably damage to the library.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will give it a shot and post back if it works.

Hey, I went ahead and renamed the userdata folder and refreshed my library. Unfortunately I still have the same problem XBMC randomly crashed while I was in the application. When I relaunched XBMC and went into my videos folder again it crashed.

Any other suggestions would be great. Thanks.
