Hi,
I got a problem I have been wrestling with for a while. When I start XBMC on my Quad-core Mac Pro (2009) I got like 2-3 FPS when browsing menus.
I`ve tried downgrading and upgrading through different versions of Dharma and I can`t seem to get rid of this issue. Even uninstalling XBMC doesn`t change anything, the wierd thing is I haven`t really installed any addons and such.
I thought it might be that the content scanning was the problem, so i turned it off, I even removed all the shares, thinking it might be a problem resolving my mediaserver.
Today I have upgraded to 10.0 and I still got this issue.
The only things that make my box a bit unique is it has 6GB RAM and a GTX285 GPU (the official Apple version). Everything has been updated too.
Playback works without a hitch, even 1080p 25GB mkv`s.
Any ideas?
