I'm running into a problem getting thumbnails to show on a common sources.xml across platforms.
I have a centralized SQL database and centeralized main thumbnails folder on the network via symlinks. I also liked the idea of a centralized sources.xml.
However, since the thumbnails for sources use the absolute path in sources.xml I cannot get a common thumb for 2 Windows systems, and a ATV Ubuntu install. Because the windows use C:\users\... and Linux uses /home/xbmc/....
Is there something I missed in searches or a workaround? i.e using a relative path, or I heard talk of using home:\\ or xbmc_home:\\ but nothing more about it.
