I use Sopcast on my Windows laptop to stream live sports and would love to watch them on my telly. Is there any way that currently works on the xbox via xbmc? I've been looking all over the internet and can't see a way that currently works, I'm just hoping I haven't come across the solution!

i haven't seen anything about sopcast.
but if your internet provider subscribes to ESPN3, there's a plugin for that.
