I'm sorry if this has been asked before.
I'm looking at the settings in xbmc/video and i'm somewhat confused.
I understand what "Adjust display refresh rate to match video" means, i think, but what i'm wondering is this:
If you have that set, does it still make sense to set "Sync playback to display"?
I understand they do different things, but I'm sort of confused about setting them both at the same time.
I've got the different modes working via "xorg", and i notice that the monitor settings change (on my tv) when i set "Adjust display refresh rate", which is exactly what i want, but i'm not sure if it makes sense to set "Sync playback to display" in that situation, and if so, why?
