Hi all

First of all. I love XBMC so much. Its the greatest development I have seen Smile

I installed it on my aTV2. I wanted to play a stream and did the following:

1. created a file
2. content of file http://192.168.1.5:3000/TS/C-7-701-10001
3. saved file as tc_cinema.m3u
4. uploaded the file to my NAS where all my other movies are

So now when I move to that folder I am not able to see this file (tc_cinema.m3u). I can see all my other movies but this file does not appear.

What is the reason for that?

Cheers

Any idea?
Did I explain it so bad or just isn't there any solution for that?
I thought this should be able?

I did it according to this wiki but it won't work

Sad
I tried creating a file called tc_cinema.m3u on my PC and it appears in the file view in both Video and Music. Are you looking in Library view? If so you'll have to work out a way to add the file to your library.

I thought I tried it in the file view. I will check later again.
Library would be next step Wink
ok it definitely does not show up in my list.
BTW: I am trying it on my iPad and on AppleTV2

Edit: and the file neither shows up on my XBMC which is installed on my Sat Receiver (Reelbox)
It won't work. I don't know what I am doing wrong here.

The file is uploaded on my NAS who all my movies are but it just doesn't show up in XBMC.

here is the content of the file:
Code:
http://192.168.1.5:3000/TS/C-7-701-10001
Can someone please move this thread to "XBMC for iOS Specific Support"
Am I the only one facing this problem?
very said that nobody can help. this is a very important feature for me!
Then maybe you should submit an xbmc.log showing your problem. Enable debug and use http://www.pastebin.com and post the URL here.
Streaming is not yet working... U have to wait!

That is all I wanted to hear Smile

At least I know that it doesnt work and then I know that I have to wait.
You exactly figured it out. Smile I wanted to stream from my VDR to AppleTV2.

So the following link is therefore only valid for XBMC on a PC or MAC, right?
