I use xbmc and the films on the USB connected to a NAS.
The first time i use the scraper all the files are right but, after this, everytime I update (automatic) because I add 1 film the scraper put my the copy of others that i already have....

have you moved/renamed all the other files? Thats the only reason I could think you would have duplicates in the Library

no i rename the file only the first time....Every time i put a new the scraper duplicate all the old one...

I doubt this will help but try cleaning your library and see if it gets rid of duplicates.
