Sorry about the confusion.
When the option is added for home horizontal menu it will be in custom settings home section.
I am not sure what you mean by titles and their posters to be in Horizontal position. If you mean like the confluence poster view I am not planning on adding that type of view to this skin yet. I may change my mind later.
