Hi,
I have an HP 8530p laptop on which I currently run Windows XP + SP3 and all its Windows updates. However when I connect this laptop to my flatscreen and work on it via remote xbmc, it freezes.
Therefore I would like to run XBMC Live on this laptop.
Before doing that, I would like to know:
-has somebody running it correctly on this kind of laptop?
-can I connect it to my flatscreen via HDMI
-will my remote keyboard (radio) still work?
-can I install it on an USB without impacting my current Windows XP, is it advisable or should I just run it to harddisk
-all my movies data are on a NAS, is there a simple way to connect to the shares on this NAS as in Windows, for example: V: \\192.168....\video etc
Thanks for your input!
