I find this rather annoying. My server used to be \\10.0.0.3\xbmc But after changing to \\10.0.0.6 suddenly everything has been changed to unwatched!..
Because 3!=6. According to XBMC you haven't watched \\10.0.0.6\xbmc\Movies\Movie A.avi
This is why you use Bonjour/ZeroConf and host names.

Sounds like you've already rescanned. If so, you're screwed, yes.
is there something i can do? i have backups. is there some kind of search and replace i can do for a watched-list?
