I upgraded XBMC recently and can't seem to find the "Allow to control XBMC via HTTP" option anymore? I would like to be able to control XBMC using Android XBMC remote like I did before.
It's under..

Settings...Network...Services...Allow Control of XBMC via HTTP
That's were it used to be, but not anymore on my system...
There's an entry called "Allow other systems to control XBMC", but there is no place to specify port number, username, and password like I did in the earlier version.

It's still there in 10.1:

Zeener, what skin are you using?
Default, maybe it's related to som Gentoo settings as I'm using Gentoo.

I'll try to rebuild it with some different USE flags...
I'm using gentoo as well and have the same problem. What was your fix?

Build it with the 'webserver' USE-flag set. It appears to be off by default.

Code:
htpc ~ # equery uses xbmc
