Neebie here. Can I control volume from a Thunderbolt (Android) running XBMC Remote on a windows 7 PC?

BTW, I'm not sure what you meant: Do you have XBMC running on a Windows 7 platform and you wish to controll that via an Android device? That's out of the box possible. Volume is changed by the volume buttons of your Thunderbolt.

Just use your volume-buttons...

If you want to change the windows 7 soundlevel you have to use another thing... like GMote.
