XBMC's feature where you can resume a file where you left off is fairly handy, but I'm noticing that in MKVs files that use chapters the offer to resume the file is not made. When you play, the file will always start from the beginning. This does not happen to me on any MKV file that doesn't use chapters, those work just fine.

Can anyone replicate this issue or point me to information on it? I tried googling but didn't find much.

That shouldn't happen. See my signature for how to post a debug log, and post a debug log from a time when you are playing a video with chapters.
