When trying to watch a show that is 4:3, it's fine in windowed mode. But when I Alt+Enter to put it into fullscreen mode, it stretches and distorts.

Under Settings/Videos/Playback, the Display 4:3 Videos option is already set to Normal and the option for Allowed Error In Aspect Ratio is None.

How do I force XBMC to keep 4:3 no matter what for these shows?

Press 'z' to cycle through the various aspects.

No, none of those made a difference.

I got it working, oddly enough, by reducing the monitor resolution and then setting it back to 1920x1080. The settings worked then. Go figure.
