With the official catalyst 12.10 suspend/hibernate/resume works like a charm!!! I´m using this new fglrx 9.02 since 5 days now on my ASUS E35M1-I Deluxe board with Ubuntu 12.04 and no more stuttering or other problems after resuming for now. RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - Krautmaster - 2013-01-09 i am working on it, sry. RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - jannk - 2013-01-09 not sure what the issue is. If I go for 'don't configure network now', the script goes to manual mode, so I can get back to network configuration again - and enter WPA key .... but still doesn't work for my WPA/WPA2 - Personal wireless settings. Will try on Friday again RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - john.cord - 2013-01-09 (2013-01-09, 21:22)Krautmaster Wrote: https://github.com/Krautmaster/xbmc-ubuntu-minimal/blob/master/12.10/download/functions/firefox.sh Ok and how do i start it? Do i need the advancedlauncher Plugin? RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - zalaam - 2013-01-09 I have a problem getting xbmc to run on my second monitor and not on the main. The setting are correct in xbmc, with output HDMI2 and fullscreen, but xbmc load on HDMI in fullscreen with my preferred HDMI2 resolution on HDMI1. I've got it to run some few times correctly, but i'm unable to reproduce what I did different, it just works some very few times. Here's my xbmc.log: http://pastebin.com/xA5rJrUD And the /usr/lib/xbmc/xbmc-xrandr: http://pastebin.com/JgJgqYL8 I've noticed this in the log: Code: 22:32:03 T:140254502549376 NOTICE: Using visual 0x21 The ID 0x21 isn't a ID in /usr/lib/xbmc/xbmc-xrandr so I have no idea why xbmc are using it. If someone got a dualscreen working with the git version, how did you do it? And if anyone else has a clue, please reply! If somebody of you is haveing trouble installing the AMD drivers try, as a startingpoint, to change in BIOS from UEFi to LegacyOs which did the trick on my machine Thanks again fritsch RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - john.cord - 2013-01-11 (2013-01-10, 00:20)Krautmaster Wrote: yep. RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - gfisher - 2013-01-11 Hi fritsch, Thanks again for the GLrenderer code pointers. I finally got Eclipse CDT/XBMC Frodo working on Intel VAAPI and then fixed/cropped the Interlace lines at the bottom for 1080i {1088i actually} vids. Hurray! Eclipse Juno is SO fast for running patches! @Wsnipex/Fritsch How can I git clone Eden latest stable XVBA so that I can run it on my AMD target. I cannot find Eden XVBA git source to test a XVBA crop. I can move to the Dev forum if you prefer. RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - fritsch - 2013-01-11 @gfisher: the special xvba git tree is not existent anymore. Also I would not work on Eden if I were you. Please use the master branch of fernetmenta's github. This way you can easily send code updates upstream again, as development continues and Eden is pretty old already (with frodo being released probably every day). RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - gfisher - 2013-01-11 Thanks. That is the fork that I started with. I must figure out how to submit patches. I am new to git and opengl/texture stuff but it's coming . This project is large and takes absorption time. I will update my ATI Eden target then.. Got more reading to do. RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs - Schenckmeier - 2013-01-13 The actual git 2:12.0~git20130112.2341-rc3-3precise from the tested git builds doesn´t work with tvheadend. I have an error that no PVR add-ons could be found. |
