Does the account you run the program with have permissions to delete the files?
Everything looks correct, it's just that the OS prevents you from deleting the file for one reason or another. Are they locked or in use by any other process?

Thanks for the help. HHmmm... Good question. I'm running your program from my windows machine to the HTCP via network. Can I run your program in a telenet session? I don't know which commands I would run.

I've not used this to delete from an XBMC live installation but others have had luck.

Can you either change the permissions on the live box to allow anyone to modify the files, or map a drive to the share and connect with whatever user account has permissions, then use the mapped drive instead of the direct UNC path (\\server\\...)

It'll run. You'll just have to modify the way you start it. It's java, so should run on mac no prob

I edited the ThumbCleanConfig.xml with the appropriate settings. When I ran the jar file I got the following error:

As I'm sure you know, Macs don't have a "C:\" directory. Is there any way to fix this?

Der, forgot about that. I've been meaning to fix it for a while. Next time i post an update i'll be sure to make the path so it's not windows only.

Right now, not much you can do, sorry.
